Patriots Adding Corporate Logo to Practice Jerseys Earlier in the year, the NFL announced that teams were allowed to sell ads on their practice jerseys. So it should come as no surprise that Robert Kraft, a shrewd and successful businessman, is jumping at the opportunity.

The Patriots will sport Gillette logos on their practice jerseys this year, according to Mike Reiss of the Boston Globe.

The Pats aren't the only team taking advantage of the new rule. The Colts (Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance), Giants (Timex), Jets (Atlantic Health), Bears (NorthShore University HealthSystem) and Rams (American Airlines) have already reached agreements, while the Seahawks and Packers are reportedly working out deals with sponsors.

Thus far, the Pats are the only team to be sponsored by the same company that sponsors their stadium.
