Mike Vrabel to Weigh in on Bruschi on Monday Night's 'SportsDesk' Mike Vrabel, current linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs and former teammate of Tedy Bruschi with the Patriots, will call in to SportsDesk on Monday night to discuss the retirement of his friend with NESN's Kathryn Tappen.

Vrabel played for eight seasons alongside Bruschi, winning three Super Bowls together during that time. The two, along with Rodney Harrison, were regarded as the quarterbacks of the defense, always knowing what to do and when to do it.

In his 12-year-career, Vrabel has accumulated 55 sacks and 11 interceptions. He also famously spent some time on the other side of the ball, catching eight touchdown passes in the regular season and two touchdown passes in Super Bowls.

SportsDesk will air on NESN and NESN HD at both 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Monday.
