After being invited to training camp with the Celtics last week, free-agent guard Dan Dickau has yet to make up his mind on whether or not to join the team. Dickau's agent, Mark Bartelstein, said his client will decide by the end of the weekend whether to accept a training camp invitation, The Boston Globe reports.

Dickau, 31, played five games for the Brose Baskets in Germany last season, averaging 17.6 points per game.

In six seasons in the NBA, Dickau has averaged 5.8 points per game for
the Atlanta, Portland, New Orleans, Dallas, Boston and Los Angeles
Clippers.

Dickau last played for the Celtics during the 2005-6 season, but tore
his Achilles' tendon and was eventually traded to Portland.

Dickau is expected to be in competition for the third point guard spot with Lester Hudson if he accepts the invitation.
