Harvard Sneaks Past Brown 24-21

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Collie Winters passed for 223
yards, threw two touchdowns and rushed for another score to lead Harvard to a
24-21 win over Brown on Friday night.

The Crimson (1-1, 1-0 Ivy League) trailed 14-7 with 2:48
left in the second quarter when Brown wideout Bobby Sewall scored on a 1-yard
run. But Harvard answered with 17 unanswered points, highlighted by Winters'
3-yard touchdown run and his 15-yard passing score to Matt Luft.

Winters, who was 18-for-27 passing, finished with 66
yards rushing on 13 carries. He also connected with Nicolai Schwarzkopf on a
30-yard touchdown in the first half.

Kyle Newhall-Caballero completed 25-of-41 passes for 225
yards, threw a touchdown and an interception for the Bears (0-2, 0-1). Sewall,
who caught eight passes for 92 yards, also scored on 2-yard run in the opening
quarter and an 8-yard catch in the fourth.
