Jets' Mark Sanchez Has Tendinitis in Knee, Expected to Play Sunday
Mark Sanchez led the Jets to the franchise's biggest victory in recent years on Sunday when they topped the Patriots 16-9. But the rookie signal-caller paid the price in the form of knee tendinitis according to the team.

Head coach Rex Ryan told the Associated Press that Sanchez had "a little tendinitis" and the quarterback was listed on the team's Thursday injury report under "full participation."

Sanchez is undefeated through his first two weeks as an NFL quarterback and is expected to start this Sunday against the Titans.

"It's not that big a deal," Ryan said. "He has something. I don't know how to describe it [other] than just to say it's a little tendinitis. But, he's fine. I mean, he fully participated and moved around great, I thought."

Additionally, offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer claimed that "Mark's totally fine."
