NFL Injury Report: Tom Brady Good to Go, Donovan McNabb Doubtful

Quarterbacks
Patriots QB Tom Brady (right shoulder) practiced fully all week and will start against the Jets. "Nothing to see here, folks. Move along." Start him with confidence.

Eagles QB Donovan McNabb (ribs) is doubtful against the Saints. Kevin Kolb will start, with Jeff Garcia waiting in the wings if he falters.  Garcia is familiar with Andy Reid's system from a prior Eagles stint as the starter for an injured McNabb.

Cowboys QB Tony Romo (ankle) got full reps in practice and will start against the Giants during their Sunday night match up.

Broncos QB Kyle Orton (right finger) is listed as probable after returning to full practice on Friday. He'll start against the Browns.

Chiefs QB Matt Cassel (knee) is questionable against the Raiders after limited reps in practice this week. The Chiefs seem fine with protecting their new franchise quarterback, meaning Brodie Croyle could start again this week.

Running Backs
Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson (ankle) has been ruled out against the Ravens. Darren Sproles will carry the load this week.

Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart (heel) is listed as probable after getting full reps in practice on Friday. He saw lots of work inside the 10-yard line last week and should continue getting scoring opportunities against the Falcons.

Browns RB Jamal Lewis (knee) got full reps Friday and will start against the Broncos.

Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno (knee) is probable against the Browns after taking part in full practice all week. He'll still be second in line for carries but is a good bet to gain more work as the season moves forward.

Saints RB Pierre Thomas (knee) is questionable after putting in a full week of reps. He practiced fully on Wednesday but was scaled back to limited work to close the week, so his status is up in the air. He'll be a game-time decision against the Eagles. I think he'll be inactive, giving Mike Bell another chance to shine.

Wide Receivers
Cardinals WR Anquan Boldin (hamstring) and teammate Steve Breaston (knee) were both limited in practice this week and are both listed as questionable against the Jaguars.

Patriots WR Wes Welker (knee) was limited in practice this week and is questionable against the Jets. Expect him to play, and be a safety blanket for Tom Brady against the Jets' new aggressive defense.

Packers WR Greg Jennings (wrist) was limited in practice all week but is probable against the Bengals.

Bucs WR Antonio Bryant (knee) is doubtful against the Bills after not practicing all week. He should be inactive, meaning Kellen Winslow should see an increased amount of targets.

Colts WR Anthony Gonzalez (knee) will be out against the Dolphins and could miss up to eight weeks.

Texans WR Kevin Walter (hamstring) is questionable, although it was encouraging to see him return to limited practice Thursday and Friday. He is a game-time decision against the Titans but seems to be on the mend.

Eagles WR Kevin Curtis (knee) and teammate DeSean Jackson (groin) practiced fully Friday and are both listed as probable this week against the Saints.

Seahawks WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh (back spasms) practiced fully Friday and will start against the 49ers. Teammate Deion Branch (hamstring) is questionable after limited participation all week.

Raiders WR Chaz Schilens (foot) is out against the Chiefs.

Other Positions
Saints TE Jeremy Shockey (ankle) is probable after limited work on Thursday and Friday. He'll be good to go against the Eagles.
