Report: Brady's Shoulder Looks Fine in Practice Patriots fans can breathe a much-needed sigh of relief: Last year's history does not seem to be repeating itself.

Tom Brady took a hard hit during Friday's exhibition win against Washington, but according to ESPN.com, he did not show any signs of harboring an injured shoulder during Tuesday's practice. He threw passes of up to 25 yards and didn't appear to be favoring what was deemed a "sore shoulder." He threw 16 passes from different angles and speeds, then participated in 11-on-11 drills.

Patriots coach Bill Belichick indicated on Saturday that Brady probably will not play in Thursday's final exhibition game against the Giants, but there is a remote possibility that he will.
