Sorry Angels, but the Red Sox lineup that just broke your heart less than 24 hours ago is getting a lot better tonight.

Victor Martinez returns to the lineup Thursday night after missing the past two games due to a personal matter in Cleveland.

Boston's red-hot No. 3 hitter is batting .297 with 21 homers and 97 RBIs and is in the midst of a 15-game hitting streak. Filling in at V-Mart's spot in the order was J.D Drew on Tuesday and Jason Bay on Wednesday. Casey Kotchman took over first base duties while Jason Varitek was behind the dish in both nights.
