For Natick, Alyssa Lilly took the shots and Anna Lerch played goalie, while Sammy Nelson did the skating and Erin Fallon took care of the goaltending for Westwood.
Neither Lilly or Nelson could score in the first round, but both scored in the second round.
Natick then came up huge in the third and final round, with Lilly exhibiting a great deal of patience in getting Fallon to go to the ice. Lilly waited and flipped the puck into the net to give Natick the lead.
Lerch came up with a stop at the other end of the ice to secure the win for Natick.
