Terrell Owens usually has something to say, whether or not it's interesting or even necessary. But with the Bills coming off a home loss to the Browns, the outspoken wide receiver was made unavailable to the New York media during a conference call on Wednesday, the New York Daily News reports.

With a chance to create some buzz in the New York City media leading up to the AFC East divisional game on Sunday, Owens did not get the chance to speak his mind about his matchup against cornerback Darrelle Revis in Week 6.

There is the possibility that the Bills are nervous T.O. might say something that will ruffle some feathers, or that he might reveal something to do with the Bills' strategy against the Jets. Either way the incident is unusual, even though it has now become routine for the New York media.

According to the Daily News, this is the third conseuctive week in which the New York media was denied the chance toe speak with players of opposing teams. The Saints' Drew Brees and the Dolphins' Channing Crowder were the other players to not be made available.
