Maine Prevails Over Wilmington in Boys 8 and Under In Monday night’s TD Bank Mini 1-on-1 action at the Garden, Maine trumped Wilmington 1-0 to advance to the second round in the Boys 8 and Under division.

Maine’s Seth Majic worked his magic against Wilmington goaltender Ryan St. Jean, scoring on his first opportunity.

Maine netminder Brogan McDonald saved Tim Kippenberger‘s first backhand, and Kippenberger lost the handle on his second attempt. McDonald made a save on the third shot to preserve the shutout and help Maine advance.

St. Jean made a nice save on Majic’s second shot, coming out of the goal to poke it away.
