Paul Pierce Hosting Star-Studded Celebrity Bowling Tournament for Charity

Celtics captain Paul Pierce will host a celebrity bowling tournament on Nov. 16 at the newly opened Kings Lanes in Dedham, Mass., to benefit Pierce's charity, FitClub34.

Some attendees in past years have included teammates Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen, Rajon Rondo, Glen Davis, Brian Scalabrine and Doc Rivers, as well as Wes Welker, Lenny Clarke, Taylor Twellman and Donnie Wahlberg.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. with a VIP sponsor meet and greet, and the bowling will commence at 7:15. A VIP party will be held afterward.

FitClub34 is a free club that provides children aged 10-14 throughout Greater Boston and New England with information, resources and other tools necessary to become more active and physically fit.
