The Giants have been battling many problems lately, but the biggest issue the G-Men face going forward is Eli Manning's health.

According to ESPN.com, the Giants' quarterback has developed a stress reaction in his right foot in the cubiod bone as a result of the plantar fasciitis he has been suffering from for the majority of the season.

The stress reaction could develop into a stress fracture, but sources say the Giants' medical staff is aggressively attacking the problem. Manning has been using extra supportive shoes and is using a bone stimulator.
