The Bruins were back in the rink on Monday though they were without two of their top defensemen, as Dennis Wideman and Derek Morris were not present, NESN.com's James Murphy reports.

The pair suffered injuries that are expected to be minor in Saturday night's 7-2 lopsided win over the Maple Leafs. Murphy also reports that captain Zdeno Chara suffered a minor injury on Saturday night.

Morris and Chara missed some time in the third period, while Wideman did not play at all in final period. Wideman finished the night with a season-low 15:42 of ice time.
