Rex Ryan Goes Belly Up at Hockey Game The Jets gained national exposure by gutting out two wins in the NFL playoffs. However, no one wanted to be exposed to Rex Ryan's most recent gutsy performance.

The Jets coach was presented with a home-team sweater during Tuesday night’s Panthers-Hurricanes game in Raleigh, N.C. However, the 340-pound Ryan unintentionally exposed his stomach to fans while changing into the sweater.

ESPN analyst Herman Edwards says Ryan has only himself to blame for his size.

"The thing I've always told my players on the offseason is this: Don't eat yourself outta the league. That's not good," Edwards told the New York Post.

Ryan waved to the crowd following the wardrobe malfunction. The Jets coach says the crowd treated him better than Miami fans had treated him last month.

"Actually the Miami crowd was nice also, it was a lot of fun, but there was one particular fan that … but that's the way it is," Ryan told a Raleigh radio station.
