The second day of the second weekend of the 2010 NCAA Tournament was not a good day for the upsetters.

Only one lower seed toppled a higher seed as No. 6 Tennesse beat No. 2 Ohio State to advance to the Regional Finals for the first time.

And Purdue fell to Duke.
