Tiger Woods Kept Caddie Steve Williams in the Dark About His Affairs Steve Williams has served as Tiger Woods' personal caddie for more than a decade, but not even Williams knew about his boss's extramarital affairs.

"I knew nothing," Williams told New Zealand's 60 Minutes. "If I'd have known something was going on, the whistle would have been blown."

Woods took an indefinite leave from golf last December and issued an apology for his affairs two months later. Williams', like many others, is disappointed with Woods' behavior.

"Of course I'm mad at him," Williams said. "I'm more disappointed that he's let his family down and let himself down."

Williams hasn't spoken to Woods about his affairs, but hopes Woods recovers from his actions.

"I stand by Tiger as a friend," Williams said. "I think life is a case of, 'You're going to try and advance from your mistakes and be a better person,' so let's hope we can do that."

There's no word if Williams will continue being Woods' caddie.
