Mike Cameron Returns After Recovering From Kidney Stone Fenway Park's outfield grass welcomed back Mike Cameron on Saturday but the center fielder is still without his everyday left fielder, Jacoby Ellsbury, who worked out on Saturday afternoon by playing catch and taking swings.

Both Ellsbury and manager Terry Francona said the Sox' leadoff man could return from a bruised rib by the middle of the week. Cameron, who was recovering from a kidney stone, returned on Saturday.

Boof Bonser will be sent back to Pawtucket once the stiffness in his shoulder subsides. The reliever will be joining starter Daisuke Matsuzaka, who will be taking on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs on Wednesday evening in Allentown, Pa. Matsuzaka began his current rehab stint with Triple-A Pawtucket last week and hasn't allowed a run in 11 innings (two starts).

As of Friday, there has been no progress made by infielder Jed Lowrie, who is on the 60-day disabled list with mononucleosis. Lowrie was moved from the 15-day DL to the 60-day DL to make room on the 40-man roster for 26-year-old right-hander Santo
Luis.

Junichi Tazawa, who joined the Red Sox prior to the 2009 season from Japan, underwent Tommy John surgery on April 6 and is out for the entire year.
