Mikey Adams Talks Bruins' Playoff Run, Red Sox' Designated Hitters With Cole Wright Mikey Adams
has an opinion on just about everything, and he wasn’t afraid to share his thoughts on the Ben Roethlisberger situation and other topics with Cole Wright on Thursday’s edition of SportsDesk.

Does Adams think Roethlisberger’s six-game suspension is fair?

“Absolutely,” Adams said. “He’s a Steeler, Cole.”

Adams shared his thoughts on the high-flying Bruins as well. The B’s have a chance to advance to the second round of the playoffs for the second year in a row, and Adams feels the team has played with passion.

“They’ve found [the urgency],” Adams said. “It’s a beautiful thing. I haven’t seen anything like it since 1972.”

Adams discussed the Red Sox’ designated hitter situation as well, and at the moment, he favors Mike Lowell over David Ortiz in the role.

“I love Papi, but [Lowell’s] about 125 points higher in the batting average right now,” Adams said. “He looks a lot more like he knows what he’s doing.”

Check out what else Adams had to say in the video below.
