Baseball season may be heating up, but the NHL is in playoff mode.

The action got under way on Wednesday night, with a couple of upsets kicking off the postseason.

On Thursday night, the Bruins take to the ice against the Buffalo Sabres. Though the Bruins are the underdog in this series, they’ve gotten the better of the Sabres this year, to the tune of a 4-2-0 record.

Tuukka Rask and Ryan Miller are ranked No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, in goals-against average and save percentage, so goals will be at a premium in this one.
