There was plenty of extracurricular activity in Game 2 at Boston's TD Garden, from biting to dives to threats. This will indeed carry over to Game 3, which promises to be another fierce Eastern Conference Semifinal affair.

HEAD TO HEAD
The Bruins lead the series 2-0 after a 3-2 win in Game 2.
The Bruins beat the Flyers 3-2 in overtime in the 2010 Winter Classic and were 2-1-1 against them this season. Philadelphia won 4-3 in a shootout at Wachovia Center on October 22 and 3-1 at TD Garden on December 14. The Bruins' other win over the Flyers was a 5-1 victory at Philadelphia on March 11.
The Bruins and Flyers are meeting in the playoffs for just the fifth time in their postseason histories, and the first time since 1978. Each team has won two of the previous four series, which all took place over a five-year span in the 1970s (1974, 1976, 1977, 1978).

OUTLOOK
The Flyers are going to throw everything but the kitchen sink at the Bruins but the B's plan to initiate their own attack. To do so, they will need to score the first goal for the fourth straight game. But this time the Bruins will try to hold onto that lead and build from it. That will be key on the road as they try to quiet what promises to be a raucous Wachovia Center crowd.
