Dover International Speedway has been very kind to Roush Fenway driver Carl Edwards in the past, and the No. 99 driver is hoping for more good results at this weekend's Autism Speaks 400.

"We had an amazing effort last week at Darlington with a 15th-place finish with a very slow race car," Edwards said. "We're hoping to take a lot better race car and set up to Dover this weekend so that we can run really well."

Edwards has raced Dover 11 times thus far, winning once and posting five top-five and seven top-10 finishes. That doesn't mean the track is easy, however.

"Dover is a tough track," noted crew chief Bob Osborne. "I think it's probably one of the more physically demanding tracks on a driver, but Carl and the Aflac team are up to the challenge."

Edwards is currently in 11th place, trailing leader Kevin Harvick by 277 points.
