WILMINGTON, Mass. — The Bruins held what they hoped wouldn't be their final practice of the season on Thursday. With the team having blown a 3-0 series lead, it’s do-or-die on Friday night in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals at the TD Garden.

Bruins head coach Claude Julien has apparently seen enough of what got his team into this perilous position.

Julien switched up the lines on Thursday, and based on the new combinations, rookie Brad Marchand could see action on Friday night and play in his first playoff game. Marchand skated with Daniel Paille, Vladimir Sobotka and Michael Ryder, while Blake Wheeler moved into Paille’s spot with Patrice Bergeron and Mark Recchi.

"Just a change," Julien said. "You’re trying to find something to spark certain people. You see that happen quite often. I think it was time for a change."

Below is the lineup from Thursday's practice.
