The Golden Boy will sit on a throne fit for a king at next month’s World Cup in South Africa.

According to The Sunday Times, the Argentine Football Association has requested premium toilet seats for Argentina head coach Diego Maradona at the team’s living facility at the University of Pretoria High Performance Center.

"They felt that it [the basins and toilet bowls] were not up to Maradona’s standards," Pretoria chief operations officer, Colin Stier, told The Sunday Times.

New wash basins, toilet bowls, cisterns, taps and E-Bidet toilet seats — which sandman.com calls "the world’s best toilet seat" — have been installed.

The $450 chair comes heated with a warm air blow-dryer and two-setting bidet.

Maybe now Maradona will have a distraction to keep himself out of trouble.
