Kobe Bryant Shows His Soft Side Thanks to Creepy Photo ShootTwo words Lakers fans: Blue Steel.

Some players take defeats and use them as added motivation to improve their game. Others, like Lakers guard Kobe Bryant, might even turn to new careers when they don’t get their way.

But modeling?

When the NBA announced LeBron James as this winner of the MVP award, a photo shoot from L.A. Times Magazine surfaced with Bryant expressing his inner “Magnum” and “Le Tigre.”

Quote of the day

“He pummeled my face, pulled on my teeth, so I guess that’s biting
when a guy tries to pull your teeth out like [he did]. I don’t know. I don’t see how that is biting. Yeah, I mean, he
embellishes stuff. Obviously, under the pile, you try to pull out my
front teeth, so if that’s a bite then I don’t know what to say.”

Comment of the day

Un-pop your collars and kick off your boat shoes, Bruins fans, because a Penguins-B’s matchup in the Eastern Conference Finals would bring Sid the Kid and his immature tantrums and slap fights to the TD Garden.

“Surprise,
a 20+ something punk fresh out of a New England University where the
dress code is popped-collars and boat shoes has a problem with a player
from a town of blue-collar, flannel wearing, hard-working people. Mr.
Hurley, please, next time you attempt to bash a player who has single
handedly increased the NHL’s television ratings, try something that is
a little outside of the box that you didn’t hear from your daddy down
at the local New England authentic Irish Pub. The best things to have
come out of Boston are the over-rated, over-priced mockery of beer
known as Sam Adams, and the Boondock Saints… Get a pint-o-beer, and
listen to your dad rant more about what is wrong with the Hockey of
today… ”
