Forty lucky Squirt and Pee Wee hockey players will have the opportunity to take the ice alongside Boston Bruins prospects this summer.

The Bruins will be holding an online contest from 9 a.m. on Monday, June 21, through 5 p.m. on Friday, June 25, on the team’s website.

Winners will have the opportunity to receive instruction and play a 40-minute, non-check scrimmage with Boston Bruins prospects, coached by members of the Bruins Alumni.

The skate will take place at the Burlington Ice Palace, courtesy of FMC Ice Sports, on Friday, July 9, at 3:30 p.m.

Contestants must be born between 1997 and 2000 and have prior organized league hockey experience. One entry is allowed per child, and winners will be announced on Monday, June 28.

The Bruins’ prospects participating in the skate will be named at a later date.
