Jack Nicholson Makes Bold Prediction for Celtics' Finals FateHe’s seen thousands of Laker games from his comfy courtside seat, but Jack Nicholson has a few thousand more to go before making such bold predictions.

Jack offered the Celtics a kind gesture Tuesday night when he showed head coach Doc Rivers and Shrek and Donkey’s bench brothers the old choke/throat slash.

Either that, or he was signaling to his plastic surgeon that he wants to get that wattle removed.

Quote of the day

“I thought I was messed up there for awhile. I
was having trouble walking up stairs. That kinda worried me. But my
legs are like three inches, that was probably the problem.”
–Dustin Pedroia, referring to his recent injuries

Comment of the day

A simple: “Anything is possssssible!” would have done fine, but this also works.

“Who believed the Celts would be here, playing in Game 7 for the NBA
title? I didn’t. Nobody thought they had a prayer against Cleveland or
Orlando. People who are doubting them now should remember, they’ve been
counted out all year long. They’re not done yet. They’ve got something
to prove. Let’s see the Lakers sag off Rondo again Thursday night.
Watch what he does to them.”
