Kevin Youkilis will start at third base for the second time this year and J.D. Drew returns to the starting lineup as the Red Sox take on Tim Lincecum and the San Francisco Giants on Sunday.

Youkilis, whose previous start at third back on June 5 at Baltimore resulted in a home run and two doubles, will spell Adrian Beltre. David Ortiz makes his third start at first base on the trip.

Drew has not started since June 18 at home against the Los Angeles Dodgers, a game he left in the third inning after injuring his right hamstring. He has gone 0-for-2 as a pinch hitter on the trip.

Elsewhere in the lineup, Bill Hall gets another start at second base, a position of which he'll see plenty with Dustin Pedroia sidelined. And Daniel Nava returns to the second spot, where he has made two starts.

Hall is the only Red Sox starter who has faced Lincecum, going 0-for-2 with a walk and a strikeout in those matchups.

Boston Starter Jon Lester is hitless in 13 career at-bats.

Here is the complete Red Sox lineup:

1. Marco Scutaro, SS
2. Daniel Nava, LF
3. David Ortiz, 1B
4. Kevin Youkilis, 3B
5. Victor Martinez, C
6. J.D. Drew, RF
7. Bill Hall, 2B
8. Darnell McDonald, CF
9. Jon Lester, P
