Right fielder J.D. Drew remains sidelined with a strained right hamstring as the Red Sox open another interleague series in Colorado on Tuesday night.

The team had hoped that Drew would be ready to go for the opener, but with Josh Reddick penciled into right field for the opener it appears as if that is not the case. Drew was injured in the third inning Friday night when he raced in to catch a liner off the bat of Los Angeles Dodgers slugger and former teammate Manny Ramirez. An MRI taken Saturday showed no major damage and the club has been hopeful the injury will not require a stint on the disabled list.

Reddick, who has been recalled from Triple-A Pawtucket twice already, has recently begun to swing a hot bat after a prolonged slump to start the season. He will be paired with center fielder Mike Cameron and left fielder Daniel Nava in the 21st different outfield rotation that the Sox have featured this season.

Also, designated hitter David Ortiz will receive the first of what figures to be multiple days off during this six-game stretch in National League parks. When Boston played three games at Philadelphia in May, Ortiz got one start at first base in place of Kevin Youkilis.

Red Sox starter Jon Lester, whose last appearance in Coors Field was the clinching win in the 2007 World Series, will be swinging a bat for the first time since June 24, 2009. He is 0-for-12 with seven strikeouts and two sacrifices in his career at the plate.

Here is the entire Red Sox lineup:

Marco Scutaro, SS
Dustin Pedroia, 2B
Victor Martinez, C
Kevin Youkilis, 1B
Adrian Beltre, 3B
Daniel Nava, LF
Mike Cameron, CF
Josh Reddick, RF

Jon Lester, P

The Rockies will start like this:

Jonathan Herrera, 2B
Todd Helton, 1B
Carlos Gonzalez, CF
Ryan Spilborghs, LF
Brad Hawpe, RF
Miguel Olivo, C
Chris Nelson, 3B
Clint Barmes, SS
Jhoulys Chacin, P
