Carl Edwards Wins Nationwide’s Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers 250

On a particularly strong day for Roush Fenway drivers, Carl Edwards took home the victory at the Nationwide Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers 250 this past Saturday in Madison, Illinois.

Fellow Roush Fenway driver Paul Menard finished in fourth position after a solid performance by his pit crew.

"We had a good car tonight," Menard said, "We had a good car tonight, the team did a great job in the pits.  It feels good to run well and get our second top five finish of the season."

Menard moved up from his starting position of fifth, while Edwards climbed from an eighth place start to the top spot.

Teammate Colin Braun drove his Ford to the seventh spot, and Ricky Steinhouse Jr. finished ninth, giving the team four top-10 finishers.

Heading into next week's race at O'Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis, Edwards will be in second place in the standings, and Menard will be in sixth.
