John Wall is known for his slick playmaking abilities, ridiculous speed and unfathomable ability to throw down a jam.

But the Wizards’ No. 1 overall pick also knows how to shoot the 3-ball — underhand, with one arm.

According to NBA FanHouse, Wall showed off his skills before a summer league game in Las Vegas, drilling what looks to be a 30-foot bucket from the sideline with a little scoop of the wrist.

The shot had everyone who came to see the former University of Kentucky superstar excited for the Wizards’ upcoming season.

“He’ll be rookie of the year, no doubt,” one fan said.

Even Wizards coach Flip Saunders had high words of praise for his new point guard.

“He has a great amount of potential,” Saunders said. “When you put potential with talent and a good attitude, you have somebody that has a chance to be special.”
