LaHair, a 30-year-old Army veteran, is lined up to fight James — one of Tiger Woods‘ mistresses — as part of “Celebrity Boxing” on Aug. 6 at the Holiday Inn in Holyoke. The event is sponsored by Big Bang Pro Wrestling.
James recently hopped on the celebrity-turned-boxer bandwagon, which already features such celebrities as Jose Canseco, Rodney King and Lindsay Lohan‘s father, Michael.
This bout isn’t going to be a school-yard scrap, as LaHair, who has been sparring at the American Martial Arts Academy in East Longmeadow, Mass., will be fighting the adult film star with some added motivation.
“I was married, and I, too, had a woman destroy my marriage,” she told masslive.com. “I’m doing this for Tiger’s wife. She deserves a little bit of payback, and she’s going to get it.”
The ladies will wear heavily padded gloves and headgear, and the rounds are 45 seconds long instead of three minutes.
