Everyone loves a good picnic in the park, and what better park than Fenway?

The Red Sox Foundation will host its Picnic in the Park event on Sunday, Aug. 1, at America’s Most Beloved Ballpark. The annual feast will begin one hour after the Red Sox take on the Detroit Tigers. The time of the game has yet to be announced.

While fans picnic in the outfield, entertainment will be supplied by the Blue Man Group. Fans can also participate in a live auction, which features autographed Red Sox memorabilia and the chance to play video games with pitcher Clay Buchholz.

Tickets include a barbecue, entertainment and the opportunity to get players’ autographs. Proceeds benefit the Red Sox Foundation Scholars and RBI program.
