Alberto Contador has arrived at the Champs Elysees again as champion of the Tour de France.

Finishing 39 seconds ahead of Luxembourg's Andy Schleck, Contador has won three out of the past four Tours, and a Spaniard has taken each of the past five.

Schleck, though, did win the honor of best young rider for the third straight year.

Russian Dennis Menchov finished third overall, and Britain's Mark Cavendish sprinted to his second straight final-stage victory.

Lance Armstrong's Team Radioshack was the top at the Tour, though Lance himself finished 23rd in his final ride.
