Boston Fans Stand Behind Right-Left Punch of Clay Buchholz and Jon Lester The American League is stocked with legitimate pitching rotations this season, but Boston fans look no further than their own backyard when asked who the best 1-2 pitching punch was in the AL this season.

In Friday's kgb Question of the Day, fans wholeheartedly voted toward the Red Sox' rotation in choosing Jon Lester and Clay Buchholz as the best 1-2 punch in the American League. With Buchholz's league-leading ERA (2.36) and Lester's top-three strikeout tally (166), they are a tough tandem for batters to face.

Yankees duo CC Sabathia and Phil Hughes along with Tampa Bay's Matt Garza and David Price did not earn any percentage of the fan voting.

Check out the results below during Red Sox Final.
