Clay Buchholz has a lot on his mind lately, what with a new baby at home and starting in the series opener in one of sports' greatest rivalries. But the Red Sox' righty took it all in stride, and earned his 12th win of the season.
Though he allowed a crushing two-run homer in the bottom of the first to Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira, Buchholz buckled down and commanded the rest of the game, leading the Sox to a 6-3 victory.
After the game, Buchholz discussed the back-and-forth drama that is always associated with the Sox-Yanks rivalry.
