The 2010 season has been a rough one for lefty reliever Hideki Okajima, and as he rehabilitates from a hamstring strain in Triple-A Pawtucket, that trend is unfortunately continuing.

In his second rehab appearance with the Paw Sox, Okajima gave up four runs on four hits — including one home run — while recording just one out.

Oki, whose 5.85 ERA and 1.98 WHIP in 2010 are career-lows, is eligible to come off the disabled list on Tuesday. He is scheduled to be examined in Boston sometime Tuesday afternoon.
