It was the big three, then the big four, and now nobody has a clue what to call the Boston Celtics' high-profile players.
Even if the nickname situation has been muddled by Shaquille O'Neal's arrival in Boston, Ray Allen thinks that his presence will add to the team's chances to repeat as Eastern Conference champs this coming season.
"It's definitely interesting to me, because I think he can help us,"
Allen said at a charity basketball game in Connecticut. "One of our bad traits this past year was offensive
rebounding and rebounding in general, and he's a guy that takes up a lot
of space, so I definitely think he can help us."
Allen went on to say that he is excited about facing LeBron James and the "Three Kings" Miami Heat, and about being underdogs in the conference.
The Celtics' star shooting guard will appear on Saturday's NESN Daily to speak in depth about Shaq, the Celtics' upcoming campaign and the Heat.
