When the Chicago White Sox come to Fenway Park next weekend for a three-game series, the series will now be noteworthy for more than just its playoff implications. That's because it's likely Manny Ramirez will be coming with them.

MLBTradeRumors.com is reporting that numerous sources across the country are saying that the White Sox and the Dodgers will likely finalize a deal for the slugger  before the Tuesday afternoon deadline.

Yahoo's Tim Brown said on his Twitter page that, "one way or another, Manny will go to the White Sox on Monday."

The two clubs have until Tuesday to work out a deal for the 38-year-old outfielder after the White Sox claimed Ramirez on waivers over the weekend.

Ramirez wasn't in the starting lineup for Sunday's game, but did pinch-hit in the sixth inning. In perhaps his last at-bat with the Dodgers, he was ejected by home plate umpire Gary Cederstrom after the first and only pitch Ramirez saw was called a strike. Ramirez turned and started arguing with Cederstrom before being ejected.
