Reliever Michael Bowden has left Pawtucket and is on his way to Texas.

Dan Barbarisi of the Providence Journal has tweeted that the Sox relief prospect, who has been up with the Sox for multiple stints this season, will join the team in Arlington, but it is unclear whether he will be activated.

Bowden has not allowed a run in three appearances for Boston this season, and has a 3.62 ERA for Triple-A Pawtucket in 2010.
