If the Patriots and Tom Brady are trying to prepare a meal, it looks like they're using a slow roaster.

Brady was asked Tuesday morning if there was anything to report regarding his contract talks with the team, and he stayed mum on the subject.

"No news," Brady told reporters in Flowery Branch, Ga. "Just keep practicing. I’ll go back and do what I can control."

The Patriots and Falcons held a joint practice Tuesday morning in preparation for Thursday night's preseason game in Atlanta, and Brady met with the media for the second time in training camp.

He answered 15 questions, and the last one was about his contract situation. Brady is in the final season of his six-year deal, and the two sides are trying to work toward an extension. However, there's no telling how close they are to a deal that would extend his Hall of Fame career with the only franchise he's ever known.
