Which NBA Team Will Win the Most Regular-Season Games? It would be an understatement to say that the NBA landscape has dramatically changed since the final seconds of the Finals expired and Kobe Bryant and the Lakers were awarded the Larry O'Brien Trophy.

Hardwood diehards must be chomping at the bit for the start of the 2010-2011 season to get here. Just look at what's happened this offseason.

First of all, the Miami Heat have stolen the majority of the headlines by nabbing the three best free agents of this summer's class. After re-signing superstar Dwyane Wade and adding All-Star forward Chris Bosh, the Heat made the biggest splash by signing arguably the game's best player in LeBron James. The trio makes the Heat one of, if not, the No. 1 contender for the title.

The Heat weren't the only ones making moves, though. The Celtics have added some frontcourt depth, something they'll desperately need with center Kendrick Perkins' knee injury. The Celtics signed Jermaine O'Neal and future Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal to help up front. They also re-signed Paul Pierce and Ray Allen and hope for one more run out of their core of veteran stars.

The Heat are a lot better. The Celtics may ultimately be better. You can't forget about Kobe Bryant and the Lakers or Dwight Howard and the Magic, either.
