David Ortiz, Manny Ramirez Batting Fifth in Red Sox-White Sox Early Game

David Ortiz will be batting fifth for just the second time since mid-June when the Red Sox take on lefty John Danks and the White Sox in the first of two games Saturday at Fenway Park.

Ortiz is 2-for-8 with a home run against Danks. Adrian Beltre, bumped up to the cleanup spot, is 5-for-15 with two homers, a double and four RBIs vs. the left-hander.

J.D. Drew, along with Ortiz the only left-handed bats in the Red Sox lineup, is 4-for-11 with a homer and three doubles off Danks. Marco Scutaro is 4-for-6 with a pair of dingers.

Of the 20 hits the Boston order has against Danks, nine have been home runs.

Former Red Sox slugger Manny Ramirez will bat fifth for Chicago.
