NESN's new show, After the Game: Work Hard, Live Well, Give Back, brings you inside the homes and lives of some of your favorite Boston sports personalities, but it also shows you what those athletes are doing to give back. Now they need your help.
Fans can vote on which one of their favorite Boston sports personalities featured on After the Game: Work Hard, Live Well, Give Back will receive $25,000 from Hess in the name of their favorite charity.
