Uri joined the NESN team in August after several years as a Red Sox play-by-play analyst for the Spanish Beisbol Network. He became one of the youngest play-by-play announcers in the major leagues, taking a full-time gig behind the microphone at age 21.
Also an athlete, Uri played football, baseball and ran track at the Boston Latin Academy. Needless to say, this guy knows his sports inside and out.
