Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart was just spending his Labor Day Weekend filling up his’ Pontiac Sunfire’s gas tank, yelling, and popping Oxycontin like they were Skittles.

The police down in Thonotosassa, Florida didn’t take kindly to this behavior, and the former WWE Tag Team Champion was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, trafficking of a controlled substance, burglary and grand theft, Tampa Bay Online reports.

Authorities found 55.6 grams of oxycontin and 17.4 grams of methadone in his possession. The prescriptions were named to Mary Cutillo, who coincidentally had just reported her medicine missing to the police.

Neidhart and Cutillo are friends, authorities say.

Neidhart was a track and field star in high school and played briefly for the Oakland Raiders and Dallas Cowboys in the 1970s before turning to wrestling.

He twice won the Tag Team Championship with Bret Hart and last attempted a comeback with TNA Wrestling in 2009.

He is being held at Orient Road Jail with no bail set.

This incident is another in the string of many pain-killer related tragedies involving professional wrestlers.
