Celtics center Shaquille O’Neal has done practically everything in his latest ABC show Shaq Vs. One of his more unusual and surprising conquests? NASCAR driving.

In a recent episode, O’Neal challenged NASCAR star Dale Earnhardt, Jr. As you could imagine, the Diesel had a little bit of trouble getting his 7-foot-1, 325-pound frame into a stock car.

“It took me 25 minutes to get in the car, it took me 15 minutest to get out of the car,” O’Neal told a local TV station. “So I told him today I have a newfound respect.”

And for those who don’t feel like NASCAR drivers are athletes, well, Shaq has a special message for those people in the video below from the Shaq Vs. episode.

NESN.com will showcase one Moment of Shaq every day until the Celtics open the season against the Heat on Oct. 26 at the TD Garden.
