Which Bruins Rookie Will Score the Most Goals This Season? There's an air of excitement surrounding this season's crop of Bruins rookies. And there are three rookies in particular that the Boston media and fan base are particularly excited about for the upcoming season.

Joe Colborne, Jordan Caron and Tyler Seguin are Boston's first-round picks from 2008, 2009, and 2010. Each is currently battling for a spot on the 2010-11 roster in the B's training camp. All have the opportunity to make the roster, but which will succeed above the rest?

The name that's been splashed across the headlines all summer has been the second overall draft pick of 2010, Tyler Seguin. The 18-year-old has created a lot of positive buzz in Boston after a disappointing end to last season. He's a speedy playmaker who has the ability to create plays and also finish them, and he's an early favorite for the B's roster this season.

All he's trying to do now is not get ahead of himself. Seguin has put all of his focus into training camp and is just trying to crack the Boston roster, which is center-heavy. His experience at the wing will be helpful in finding a spot on the forward lines. However, his stats from last season should help as well, putting up 106 points (48-58-106) for the Plymouth Whalers in the OHL.

The grizzled veteran of the bunch is 2008 first-rounder Colborne. Coming off his third development camp with the B's, Colborne has the most experience with the black and gold as he played six games in Providence last season. In camp this summer, Colborne has proven he wants to be on the Bruins' roster, claiming he would play goalie if it got him on the squad.

All jokes aside, Colborne definitely has the size and skill to compete in the NHL. He's added several pounds of bulk since the Bruins signed him, but he has maintained his skill throughout the progression. His playmaking ability has definitely caught a few eyes during camp, and he could be ready to make the leap to The Show.

Caron still has a few baby steps to conquer before making his NHL debut, but that doesn't mean he can't dazzle in training camp. Coming off a shoulder injury, the Bruins have yet to see what this kid can really do playing with the big boys. The B's have high hopes for their 2009 first round pick, who possesses a dangerous shot from long range and a smart scoring sense around the net.

The Bruins' brass are taking notice of Caron's presence in camp and are hoping he eventually progresses into a top-six forward in Boston. A proficient goal scorer during his four-year career in major juniors, Caron put up 53 points last season split between Rimouski and Rouyn-Noranda.

So which rookie do you believe will score the most goals this season for the Bruins?
