Brett Favre in for Eventful Monday, One Way or Another Those Wrangler commercials just take on a whole different feel these days, don’t they?

Imagine then, what Monday will be like for Brett Favre, who’s been under the national spotlight for some rather embarrassing reasons over the past week or so. He’ll be under center on Monday night, as his Vikings take on the Jets on national television.

He said last week that he already feels immense pressure to perform with his newest teammate, Randy Moss. The fact that he’s receiving bad press for essentially the first time in his career should only make that pressure more intense.

And the fact that the NFL is ratcheting up its investigation into nude cell phone pictures he allegedly sent former Jets employee Jenn Sterger probably will be at the forefront of his mind as he’s busy trying to save the Vikings’ season.

Favre’s been in the league since 1991, but Monday may be his most difficult day yet.
