The crustacean is a staple of Maine, as it delivers more than half of the lobsters caught in the continental United States. There are many ways to prepare lobster, and three talented Maine chefs prepared their signature lobster dishes for Harvest in the Harbor in Portland, Maine.
There, the three chefs battled in front of a live audience, where one was crowned the Maine Lobster Chef of the Year. Chef Kelly Patrick Farrin won this year's coveted title with his herb grilled lobster dish, but the other two dishes looked quite mouthwatering as well.
